These terms apply to PerkCerts travel certificates and to the perkcerts.com website. PerkCerts is operated by Engaged Good ("PerkCerts," "we," "us"). By redeeming a certificate or using this site, you agree to these terms and to the terms printed on your certificate. If the two ever differ, the terms on your certificate apply to your trip.

1. About PerkCerts certificates

PerkCerts are travel certificates for resort stays and cruises. Participating businesses give them to their customers, for example with a purchase, as a reward or as a thank-you. Each certificate has its own unique certificate number in the format PC-1234-AB12.

Each certificate is for the specific trip described on it, including the number of nights and travelers. The details and terms printed on your certificate are part of these terms.

2. Redemption deadline

Your certificate must be redeemed within 6 months, by the redeem-by date printed on it. Certificates that aren't redeemed by that date can't be used. If your certificate states a different redemption period, the period printed on your certificate applies.

3. How to redeem

Go to perkcerts.com and complete the redemption form with your first and last name, email address, phone number and certificate number.
Our team verifies your certificate number, usually within one business day, and passes your booking request to our travel partner.
A member of our travel partner's concierge team then contacts you directly by phone or email to arrange your booking and travel dates. Their calls and emails won't come from PerkCerts, so please answer unfamiliar numbers and check your spam or junk folder.

You'll get an email confirming we received your request. Please keep your certificate and that email until your trip is booked.

4. One redemption per certificate

Each certificate number can be redeemed only once. We reject numbers that have already been redeemed, have been voided or can't be verified.

You need your certificate number to redeem, so please keep your certificate somewhere safe.

5. Availability and booking

All reservations and travel dates are subject to availability. Nothing is reserved until your booking is confirmed, and no specific resort, sailing, destination or date is guaranteed until then.
Once a reservation is confirmed, it is final. Cancellations and changes to confirmed reservations aren't permitted.
Any traveler requirements on your certificate, such as the number of travelers or minimum ages, must be met to book.

6. What's included and what you pay

Your certificate covers only what it says is included.
Airfare and transportation aren't included unless your certificate says they are.
Taxes, fees and other charges listed on your certificate are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time and in the way your certificate describes.
Anything else, including upgrades or extras you choose, is at your own cost.

7. Transfers, cash value and resale

Certificates may be transferred to another person until they are redeemed, as long as the new holder agrees to these Terms. Only one person may redeem each certificate, and the name on the redemption form must match the name used for the booking.

Certificates have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds, and they may not be sold, auctioned or resold. Certificates that are sold, copied, altered or obtained without authorization are void.

8. Our role

PerkCerts verifies certificates and passes valid booking requests to our travel partners. Our travel partner's concierge team arranges and confirms your booking, and the travel itself is provided through them.

9. Using this website

Please give accurate information when you redeem, and only submit certificates that were given to you. We may decline any submission we can't verify.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll post the current version on this page with its effective date. Changes won't affect a booking that's already confirmed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma.
