We verify your certificate
Our team checks your certificate number, usually within one business day, and passes your request on to our booking team.
We book your getaway
A member of our concierge team calls or emails you to arrange your booking. Please keep an eye on your phone and check your spam or junk folder.
What to expect
The short version. The terms printed on your certificate always apply.
You have 6 months to redeem, and your certificate shows the exact redeem-by date. The sooner you redeem, the more travel dates you'll have to choose from.
No. Each certificate number can be redeemed one time only. If you submit the same number again, we'll recognize it and let you know it has already been redeemed.
Travel dates depend on availability and aren't guaranteed. Our concierge team will work with you to find dates that fit, so having a few options in mind helps. Once your reservation is confirmed, it's final.
Your certificate covers the stay or cruise described on it. You're responsible for any taxes, fees, and other costs listed on your certificate, which may include a reservation or service fee, plus airfare, transportation, meals, and gratuities. We don't ask for payment card details on this site.
