• the message you send (optional)

When you email us at hello@perkcerts.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We don't ask for payment card details on this site.

2. How we use it

• to verify your certificate and check it hasn't already been redeemed or voided

• to send your redemption request to our travel partner so they can arrange your booking

• to email you a confirmation that we received your request

• to reply to your questions

• to respond to business inquiries, including sending information about PerkCerts and following up

3. Who we share it with

• Our travel partner. When you redeem, we share your name, email address, phone number and certificate details with our travel partner. Their concierge team uses this information to contact you and book your trip.

• Our sales team. Information from the partners.perkcerts.com form goes to our sales team so they can follow up with you.

• Service providers. We use service providers to host our website, handle our email, store form submissions and provide the cookie consent tool described below. They handle information only to provide those services to us.

• When required. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

• Cookie consent. We use a cookie consent tool, served by a third-party consent provider, that remembers your consent choice in a cookie.

• Site administrators. Our website software sets its own cookies only for signed-in site administrators. Visitors and certificate holders don't get these cookies.

• No tracking. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it
